Christmas Decor and Festive Things to do in London

11 December 2015

So as you can tell I've spent a lot of time on Pinterest lately searching 'Scandinavian Christmas' - they just know how to do Christmas right! Don't do it to yourselves, you'll be on there for hours wanting to redecorate your whole house. How I would love to spend Christmas in Sweden one year just for the decor, food and the snow!

There are a few attractions in London that are always good to get the festive spirits up, so I thought I would make a little list here..

Winter Wonderland

An obvious one but I had to include it as I always enjoy going every year, whether you're going for the rides or to look around the German inspired Christmas markets it never fails you put you in the Christmas mood.

SKATE at Somerset House

I've only been once but it was such a magical experience. The event is sponsored by Fortnum & Mason so you can only imagine how beautiful it is! I would recommend booking tickets early as they get fully booked fast!

Pop Up Screens Christmas

What is better than watching a Christmas film at a pop up screen filled with snow and festive decor? I haven't actually been but have wanted to go for a while! They show everything from Elf to Mean Girls and Home Alone.

Southbank Christmas Market

Perfect for a winter stroll with hot chocolate or mulled wine. Browse for handmade crafts and stocking fillers!

Hogwarts In The Snow

Another place I have been wanting to visit! If you're a Harry Potter fan then you will know about it. It's like the Warner Bros Studio Tour but Christmas themed! I can't think of anything more festive!
