Hotel SP34 Copenhagen

12 April 2016

Hotel SP34 is situated in the latin quarter of Copenhagen, just minutes away from the City Square and Central Station which made it so easy to get to from the Airport. The hotel was also located near Strøget, Europe's longest high street and many restaurants.

We arrived at the boutique hotel and checked in at the bar/reception area. Our room was amazing and so unique, I loved the high windows and small touches of copper and brass. The bathroom was stocked up with mini REN products - just be sure to take hair conditioner! I hung my clothes in the wardrobe which also had a handy ironing board and iron inside along with a full length mirror as the sliding door. The hotel definitely had a Shoreditch vibe to it, similar to Ace Hotel in London!

The hotel offers wine hour every day from 5-6pm which basically means free wine and a very busy lounge area! There is also a mini cinema showing a selection of good films every day next door to a mini gym for those of you who are dedicated to working out. There is a cocktail bar/american restaurant in the hotel too with it's own rooftop terrace.

Breakfast was complimentary and served in the house restaurant, Work in Progress. There was a selection of organic options from muesli to fruit to bread and cheese. They also had a menu for extras like eggs, sausages and pancakes at a low price for hotel guests.

Hotel SP34 also offers a bike rental service for 1500 DKK a day and I'd definitely recommend using their bikes if you're not a confident bike rider (like me) as the seats are low and the wheels are smaller!

Overall a great stay, amazing interior and perfect for a quick city break. Stay tuned for my Copenhagen City Guide post!
