The Sanderson, A Morgans Hotel

8 April 2016

The Sanderson hotel was on my bucket list for a while (thanks to Instagram) and last week I had the opportunity of staying at the gorgeous, modern hotel. When we arrived at The Sanderson we were greeted by the lovely lady at the concierge, I have to mention that the staff were so accommodating and made us feel at home! We checked in and took the unique galactic elevator up to our room.

We opened the door to a bright room with high ceilings and crisp white decor. Michelle and I were way too excited by this room! The bathroom had a freestanding bathtub, marble furnishings stocked with Malin + Goetz products and a huge glass wall separating it from the bedroom. There was a curtain for privacy of course! Opposite were rails and shelves complete with fluffy robes and slippers which we changed into almost immediately.

The room was minimal and spacious, with a large full length mirror (great for outfit selfies) with a table and mini sofa in the corner. The bed was huge with silver details, luxurious white sheets and the most comfortable mattress, I wanted to sleep forever!

The Sanderson is located in the heart of central London, right by Oxford Street, somewhere I hadn't stayed before. Perfect if you want to pop out for a spot of shopping, grab a Starbucks or go out for drinks if you're a party goer and not a granny like me!

The next morning we ordered breakfast in bed, Michelle went for the pancakes and I opted for the avocado toast option which was so delicious!

I'd love to stay again and perhaps try out a treatment at the Spa and of course The Mad Hatters afternoon tea.
